The Steam Field
#
Replaced the email field when posting with a "steam" field. The difference? Instead of email addresses, you can put a profile ID in this field instead. However, the steam field still operates as an email field if needed. As long as you insert a valid profile ID in the steam field it will insert a steam icon linking to your steam page next to your name in your post, if you put an email in the steam field it will operate as a normal email field putting the email as a link in your name.
Now to find your own profile ID, just access your profile page through the steam browser (it should be your home page for the community tab). Look in the URL bar, and your
number profile ID should be there, right after /profiles/.
If the numbers are not there and it is a custom Steam URL you do not need to delete that URL, just hit the Home button in the Steam browser and it should go to your Steam profile with the numbers. Just copy paste the numbered part into the steam field!
Unfortunately,
you have to use the # numbers for the profile ID, you can't use custom Steam IDs/urls or it won't work.

Website Visitors.
Like most website operators, FA collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. FA’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how FA’s visitors use its website. From time to time, FA may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
FA also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. FA does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information.
Certain visitors to FA’s websites choose to interact with FA in ways that require FA to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that FA gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. FA does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Aggregated Statistics.
FA may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. FA may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, FA does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information.
FA does not disclose any potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to third party organizations. FA discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when FA believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of FA, third parties or the public at large. FA takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
Cookies.
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. FA uses cookies to help FA identify and track visitors, their usage of FA website, and their website access preferences. FA visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using FA’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of FA’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
Ads.
Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
Privacy Policy Changes.
Although most changes are likely to be minor, FA may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in FA’s sole discretion. FA encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
